Founded in 1850, Granaro del Monte is the oldest restaurant in Umbria.

It is also where the Bianconi family's story in hospitality and gastronomy began.

Here, the cuisine speaks the language of Norcia: tradition, authenticity, local ingredients and recipes shaped by generations.

The Taste of Norcia experience includes the Granaro Tasting Menu, a journey through the flavours of Norcia and Umbria.
