These rooms are spacious, charming and simply elegant. The entrance next to the wardrobe is reminiscent of the trunks of old, with leather-covered doors. Some are adorned with wrought iron canopies, as of old, and Simmons mattresses with springs individually bagged and memory foam will make your rest a real dream. Others have desks completely lined in leather by the master tanners from the Marche as well as ‘cardinal’ chairs, the same used in the Vatican for meetings among cardinals, strictly made by Umbrian artisans. Still others have writing desks dating back to the 16th and 18th century, belonging to the Seneca family. On the walls textural paintings made with jute, the fabric formerly used by bakers for the natural leavening of bread. Class and elegance characterize all the bathrooms of the rooms, made with ecru marble.
